Andre Marschke
Managing Director
Andre was previously a Stockbroker with Smith Barney Citigroup, Hartleys and Pembroke Josephson and Wright. Over the course of his career, Andre was involved in a wide range of investment management areas including derivatives, short-selling, protected equity, and small cap stocks. He was a Level 2 Accredited derivatives adviser and holder of an ASX SEATS licence. Andre has significant experience in all aspects of financial markets trading and analysis gained through ten years trading experience.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Graduate Diploma in Technical Analysis from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Adam Gallagher
Director/Company Secretary
Adam has a strong background in finance through roles in the major banks and managing his own Corporate advisory business since 2006. He has been involved in a number capital raisings, public boards and represents the National Stock Exchange in QLD. He has a special interest in microcaps and extensive experience across a board range of industries in the SME market.
He has a Bachelor of Economics, Masters in Commerce, Graduate Diploma in Information Systems all completed through the University of Queensland and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance through Chartered Secretaries Australia.
Brad Simpson
Co-Founder
Brad has invested profitably in equities markets for the past 10 years. Formerly a Private Client Adviser with Citigroup and ABN AMRO Morgans, he has a high level of experience, managing private portfolios in local and international markets. At a corporate level he has advised and participated directly in numerous equity placements, capital raisings and initial public offerings. He has a special interest in emerging growth companies.
In early 2010 Brad’s 13 year old son, Cody Simpson, signed with Atlantic records after posting home made videos on Youtube the year before. The whole family have now moved to Los Angeles to live and support Cody in his new found stardom. Brad continues to support Scintilla and we look forward to being the ‘fund manager to the stars’ in the years to come.
